Pickup, Delivery, and Risk of Loss Customers are responsible for arranging and completing the pickup of their products unless delivery services are explicitly agreed upon. All risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer immediately upon pickup or upon delivery to the designated location. 5. Returns and Refunds All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any returns approved by JMD Global LLC at its sole discretion may be subject to restocking fees and must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. 6. Limited Warranty JMD Global LLC provides a 5-year limited warranty on specific products, including interior birch and flush fire-rated doors (20, 45, and 90 minutes), as well as similar non-rated doors. Coverage & Remedies: Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Applies only to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable. Is valid only within the United States. At our sole discretion, we will: Repair the product, replace it with a comparable product, or issue a refund. Warranty Conditions: The warranty is valid only if all the following conditions are met: Storage & Transportation: Products must be stored properly in dry, climate-controlled conditions. Installation: Installation must be performed by qualified professionals according to industry guidelines. Finishing: Unfinished doors must be sealed (painted or varnished) on all sides and edges promptly after installation. Environment: Products are for interior use only and must not be exposed to excessive humidity, temperature fluctuations, or outdoor conditions. Use & Modifications: Any misuse, structural modification, or unauthorized alteration automatically voids the warranty. Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover: Improper installation, storage, or handling. Normal wood movement or variations within acceptable industry tolerances.Mechanical damage, accidents, or natural disasters.Labor costs (including but not limited to installation, removal, or refinishing). Hardware or third-party components. 7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN SECTION 6, JMD GLOBAL LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability JMD Global LLC’s maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as determined by us. IN NO EVENT SHALL JMD GLOBAL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LABOR AND INSTALLATION COSTS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JMD Global LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws. 10.
